Rather than mass-produced customization, custom hats are created one at a time, with attention to fit, balance, and overall aesthetic.

How The Custom Process Works

Custom orders begin with a consultation, either in person or via chat, where we discuss your vision, preferred style, and how the hat will be worn. From there, I source and design elements that align with your ideas and the Purlicue Pinch aesthetic.

Because each design is unique, custom orders are created with flexibility and collaboration in mind.

Custom hats begin with the cost of the hat base, with pricing increasing based on design details, materials selected, and the level of customization involved.

Additional factors that may affect pricing include:

  • Hand-burnt or laser-engraved designs
  • The amount of design consultation and revision time required

Because each custom hat is designed individually, final pricing is discussed and confirmed after the initial consultation.
