Returns - Purlicue Pinch Hats & Earrings

I want you to feel confident when purchasing a Purlicue Pinch hat. If a hat doesn’t work out for you, returns are accepted under the following guidelines:

• Please contact me at Dawn@purlicuepinch.com within 14 days of delivery before sending any return. I’m always happy to see if there’s a simple solution or answer any questions first.

• Hats must be returned in new, unworn condition, free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear or damage, and with original packaging when possible.

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated to the original form of payment, and will be reflected in your account usually within 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Because hats are carefully made in small batches, returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

These items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You can request a return directly from your order status page (link provided in your order confirmation email), or contact us with your order number. Once your return request is submitted, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days at no cost to you.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
