The Purlicue Pinch Hat Bar brings a curated, western-chic styling experience to small corporate events, girls’ nights and birthday celebrations that want something a little different.

Guests choose their hat, layer in thoughtfully selected design elements, and leave wearing a statement piece that feels entirely their own.

Designed for intimate gatherings of 5–15 guests, so every person receives personal guidance and time at the styling table.

Each guest begins by selecting the hat base that fits their style — from easy, lightweight straw to refined wool felt. Every package includes five design elements and personal styling to bring the entire look together.

Tier 1

High Noon — $75

Straw or Standard Faux Suede

Lightweight, versatile, and effortless to wear. Perfect for guests who love a relaxed, easygoing look with just the right amount of detail.

Tier 2

Golden Hour — $105

Premium Faux Suede

Midnight Run — $165

Wool Felt

Booking Details


A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your event date.
The deposit is applied toward the event total.

  • 5 hat minimum per event
  • Designed for gathering of 5 - 15 guest
  • Guests select their tier at the beginning of the event
  • Payment is collected after each design is finalized

Set-up & Space

To create a smooth, relaxed experience for your guests, a small, thoughtfully arranged setup space is needed.

Please provide or allow room for:

  • 2 six foot tables
  • Hat base display rack
  • comfortable guest flow around tables

If tables are not available at your location, I’m happy to provide them with advance notice.

Typical Layout

Hat Selection
Blank hats organized by tier and size.

Accessories Bar
Ribbons, feathers, pins, patches, cards, and curated design elements.

Build & Finish Station
Assembly and final styling area. This table should be positioned near an electrical outlet.

A Few Additional Notes

  • Indoor setup is preferred
  • Outdoor events require shade and a stable surface
  • Please ensure clear access for loading and unloading

The Purlicue Pinch Hat Bar is based in Memphis, Tennessee and available for private events throughout the greater Memphis metro area, including Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Lakeland, Arlington, Olive Branch, Southaven, and surrounding communities.

Travel outside the immediate metro area may be available upon request.
