Phases is a straw gambler hat with laser burned mushrooms and moons. This hat has been finished with a spray of feathers attached by a vintage hat pin. Moody and marvelous! This hat comes in one size that easily fits sizes 7 1/8 - 7 1/4. The stretch sweatband allow for some adjustability. The hat can be sized down for a more snug fit with the included reducers.
